HEALTH PROPERTIES,\u00a0 <\/span>\u00d3LIXIR\u00ae: HIGH POTENCY NUTRITION MADE IN COLLABORATION WITH NATURE.<\/p>\n

We grow our olives organically, harvest them early, when they are green, and cold press them within 12h through a low-oxygen impact system. We then filter the oil through cellulose panels to remove 100% residues. The end result is \u00f3lixir\u00ae, our high potency organic extra virgin olive oil. Rich in aromas, taste and above all health boosting nutrients. The key nutritional values and related health properties are:<\/p>\n

1. Thanks to its concentration of cardioprotective antioxidants, \u00d3lixir\u00ae helps protect blood lipids from oxidation.<\/p>\n

2. \u00d3lixir\u00ae helps preventing cells from oxidative stress process by its high content in VIT E.<\/p>\n
